Its single-story layout maximizes accessibility with its open floor plan and large bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom is located centrally within the design.
Zinnia - 1,050 sqft
With two bedrooms and two full baths, Zinnia is a flexible ranch that’s ideal for homeowners valuing comfort and convenience. An open floor plan unites the kitchen, living room, and dining room, and features broad sets of windows for ample natural light and unobstructed views.
These floor plans showcase Zinnia’s access points: a main entrance through the living room and a rear entrance that’s accessible via sliding doors or an optional mudroom.

Mountain Laurel, a 2-bedroom cape, is one of our newest offerings for homeowners. An optional porch exudes warmth, showcasing the home’s welcoming front entrance, while an additional entrance is located off the kitchen. This charming home features an open floor plan, maximizing space between the kitchen and living room within its quaint footprint.
A proposed second floor offers two additional bedrooms and a full bath, perfect for a growing family, visiting guests, or increasing the value of a vacation property.
3-bedroom homes:
Azalea - 1,485 sqft
This contemporary ranch is tastefully modest, utilizing an open floor plan to maximize living space within its quaint footprint. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, Azalea is a versatile long-term investment, offering flexibility as a family home, country cottage, lake house, or hunting/fishing cabin. Additionally, the third bedroom could easily convert to a study, conveniently providing space and privacy for people who work from home.
This floor plan opens to an expansive living room, dining room, and kitchen (containing a wide island and plenty of storage space). Depicted in the plan are sliding glass doors, providing rear outdoor access from the dining area.

This floor plan includes a one-car modular garage, connected to the home via a spacious mud/laundry room. Adjacent to the laundry room is a half bath, located behind an on-trend pocket door. A full dining room completes the first floor, which is bathed in natural light from numerous windows on each facade.
Upstairs, Privet’s three large bedrooms are accompanied by two full baths, a private home office, and plenty of storage space.
Rambler - 1,485 sqft
Rambler, one of our newest floor plans, is a cape chalet that’s reminiscent of a classic A-frame. Its intriguing exterior showcases the versatility of modular design, a concept reaffirmed by the interior—upon entering, guests are greeted by a vaulted ceiling, an open floor plan, and views of a proposed upstairs loft.
An optional porch, shown here in our rendering, provides two alternate entrances to the home via sliding glass doors. This home was designed with nature top-of-mind, as broad sets of windows provide ample natural light and sweeping views of the outdoors.
With three bedrooms on the first floor, Rambler’s floor plan offers a convenient layout for a vacation home or airbnb property, while the proposed lofted second story contains a fourth bedroom (and a bonus room that can easily flex to a guest room!).
4-bedroom homes:
Myrtle - 2,855 sqft
Myrtle is a 4-box modular cape with an exterior that’s reminiscent of a farmhouse. Its robust first floor contains two spacious bedrooms, a walk-in laundry room, a two-car modular garage, and a kitchen, dining room, and living room that share an open floor plan.
The second story, shown in the gallery at left, consists of two additional bedrooms, a full bath, and a 37’ x 11’6” bonus room that could be finished to accommodate a variety of homeowner requests.
We offer an optional customization to upgrade the first-floor half bath to a full bath, providing homeowners with flexibility when hosting visitors.
Oakley - 3,869 sqft
Oakley, one of our largest standard floor plans, is a two-story modular home with almost 4,000 square feet of living space. With four sizeable bedrooms, three and a half baths, and an optional bonus room above the garage, this home easily accommodates a growing family.
The entry foyer is open to the second floor, offering a grand entrance with abundant natural light. An optional panelized three-car garage provides homeowners with an alternate entrance and plenty of storage space.
Oakley's kitchen includes numerous amenities for cooking and dining, such as a butler's pantry and wet bar, a prep island, and a bay window nook with direct outdoor access. This floor plan also contains a family room, a living room, and a dining room with an optional tray ceiling, as well as a spacious first-floor study ideal for remote work.
The window bay continues upstairs, maximizing natural light in the master bedroom. The ensuite bathroom includes a double sink vanity, a wide linen closet, and a separate water closet for additional privacy.
